Key capabilities
Four pillars for nursing homes — know where residents are, catch falls and SOS, surface wetness and vitals alerts, and close the loop from alert to clear.
Sub-meter location with UWB anchors and wearable tags across multi-floor homes.
Onboard fall detection plus SOS and Call for Help — location-aware when seconds matter.
BLE wetness sensors and live vitals feed the same caregiver alert view as safety events.
Alert → dispatch → clear via QR or iBeacon, with patrol verification for a clear audit trail.
Introduction
Nursing homes need more than isolated call bells. Falls, wander events, wetness, and vitals often live in separate tools — or arrive too late. Care staff need one view that shows who needs help, where they are, and what happens next.
JOYLY Care is an intelligent elderly care and health protection system built for modern nursing homes. It unifies a UWB and BLE network with a cloud CMS so the facility can watch residents, warn caregivers, and respond around the clock. Markets include Hong Kong, Macau, and Malaysia care homes.
UWB anchors and wearable tags deliver sub-meter indoor positioning; tags carry 9-axis motion sensing with an onboard fall algorithm. BLE covers medical devices, wetness and diaper sensors, wireless bedside call bells, and SOS. Together they power alerts for Fall, Wetness, SOS, Call for Help, Wander Guard, and Restricted Zone — plus live floor-plan views and resident triage by status and floor.
Workflows are closed-loop: alert → dispatch → clear via QR or iBeacon, with patrol verification for attendance. Vitals such as heart rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, temperature, and glucose can flow automatically into records. Hardware in the stack includes the wearable UWB tag, UWB/BLE gateway and anchor, and bedside SOS button.
Reference deployments named in the company profile include nursing homes in Taipei, Taichung, and Hong Kong (for example Lok Sin Tong and related care partners). A dedicated public product site is not live yet — reach Woow Moment to discuss a deployment.
Where it fits
Typical ways nursing homes use JOYLY Care — safety, hygiene, vitals, and audit in one IoT stack.
Onboard fall detection on wearable tags, plus SOS and Call for Help — so caregivers get location-aware alerts when a resident needs immediate support.
Wander Guard and Restricted Zone alerts use UWB positioning to warn when a resident leaves a safe area or enters a restricted one.
BLE wetness and diaper sensors surface hygiene alerts into the same ops view — less guessing, faster response on the floor.
Heart rate, SpO₂, blood pressure, temperature, and glucose can feed automatically into records instead of staying on disconnected devices.
Closed-loop clear via QR or iBeacon, plus patrol checkpoints — an attendance and response trail managers can review.
Resident triage by status and floor, live floor-plan views, and caregiver apps — one CMS for multi-floor nursing homes.
Technology
UWB, BLE, and cloud tooling that turn devices and alerts into closed-loop caregiver workflows.
